The intent is to bring frustration, failure in all their life endeavours and slow down their their progress on life.

There are two possibilities here. If you see someone you know (or a friend) pregnant in a dream, this can mean that they are actually pregnant. They may not know just yet or they are unwilling to tell you. But it is okay to check on them and find out how they are faring anyway.
Secondly, such a dream may signale an ongoing spiritual attack against the life and overall progress of that individual.
