If you have been spiritually alert and observant, some of you may have occasionally run into cobwebs in locations you least expected to find spider-webs. Join us as we pray these deliverance prayers against spiritual cobwebs.
Some people are often quick to discard such experiences as ordinary or a coincidence; but that's probably because they don't how the enemy operates. We are not ignorant of his devices (2 Corinthians 2:11).
One of the major spiritual attacks of darkness that occasionally manifest in the physical realm is the attack through spiritual cobwebs.
Psalm 35:7 KJVFor without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.
Notice that sometimes you'll walk into a very clean and well kept apartment (where spiders are not suppose to exist), only to be welcomed by a full spider-web straight in your face. Such occurrences are rarely ordinary.
Especially in the night, people often return home only to be welcomed by cobwebs. Other times, it happens on a very active road. People are constantly passing on that spot, but immediately you attempt to pass also, you're trapped in a full spider-web. It's high time we understand this is rarely a coincidence.
Spiritual cobwebs are often demonic or witchcraft attacks released against the innocent. Many lives and destinies have been ruined through such attacks. If you are someone who is often caught in a full spider-web or strings of cobwebs, it's time to sit up and confront the enemy.
What It Means When You Get Attacked By Spiritual Cobwebs
Spiritual cobwebs are a form of spiritual manipulation and entrapment. It's a sort of demonic veil (coupled with evil influence) exerted on a person to restrict them spiritually; restrict their spiritual resistance and rob them of their good things.
Psalm 140:5 KJVThe proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set gins for me. Selah.
Through spiritual cobweb attacks, people experience series of problems including;
- Stagnation in life
- Setbacks
- Failure at the verge of breakthrough
- Unnatural and unnecessary delay
- Series of disappointment
- Diversion of blessings and breakthrough
- Loss of divine connections, etc.
If you're one of those who constantly experience such spiritual attacks, I declare that today marks the beginning of the end such works of darkness against your life in the Name of Jesus Christ!

1. Spiritual Cobwebs In Church
As a preacher or minister of the Gospel, you may have experienced it a couple of times that, immediately you stepped on a pulpit, you got entangled in a cobweb. In most cases, it happens in places you are invited to preach as a guest minister. This often tells that agents of darkness had long prepared against that meeting. It tells of a deep operation of darkness within that domain.
This requires knowledge and experience on your part. Such attacks are meant to restrict your operation in that meeting and prevent you from being used of God to set people free. Do what you know how to do best to bring down the presence of God in that atmosphere and ward off the evil presence.
2. Spiritual Cobwebs As Spells
Sometimes, cobweb attacks are spells cast on people. But here is the report of the Lord:
Numbers 23:23 BRBFor there is no spell against Jacob and no divination against Israel. It will now be said of Jacob and Israel, ‘What great things God has done!’
I believe with all that has been said so far, it's time we stop taking such occurrences lightly.
3. Spiritual Cobwebs In Homes
If there is a particular apartment or building where you are often caught in spiritual cobwebs, understand that this tells of a deep witchcraft and demonic operation in that apartment and location.
If it happens quite often in your home, you may have to ask an Anointed minister of the Gospel to come pray and Anoint your home (if you can't do it by yourself).
Prayers Against Spiritual And Witchcraft Cobwebs
Now that the works of the enemy have been exposed, it's time to pray to destroy and prevent them from continuing.
Psalm 124:7 KJVOur soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.
Now is your moment of deliverance. Therefore, pray this way with me:
- Fire of the Holy Ghost, locate and consume every spiritual cobweb assigned against me in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Mighty Angels of God, locate and arrest every agent of darkness assigned against me, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!
- Mighty hand of God, locate and destroy every trap of the enemy set on my path in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Every robber of my glory be exposed and disgraced now in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!
- Demonic cobwebs from the pit of Hell set up to trap my good things, be destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Every net of darkness holding me in captivity and preventing my progress, be broken now, in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Father You said in Your Word that no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. Therefore, every form of witchcraft manipulation against my destiny through spiritual cobwebs, let it prove abortive in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Everything the enemy had stolen from me using spiritual cobwebs, be released now in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!
- Every demonic-induced hindrance, stagnation and setbacks against my life via spiritual cobwebs, be broken and uprooted now in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- I decree and declare, the fire and Angels of God go before me to clear the traps of the enemy on my path, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!
- Witchcraft powers working tirelessly to see my fall, be disgraced and destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- Every cords of darkness holding me, my blessings, breakthrough, destiny in captivity, be broken NOW in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!
If you are often met by strange cobwebs in your home, pray this way with me:
- I take authority over my home/apartment. I decree and declare, every demonic and witchcraft patterns set up against me, be destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- This home belongs to God, therefore every spirit that is not of God, I command you to take your leave now! In the Name of Jesus Christ.
- Every hidden Satanic trap set up in my home to trap my blessings and bring bad things, be exposed and destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- I release the Fire of God over my entire home/apartment. Consume and destroy everything that is not of God, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
- Warrior Angels of God, mount every corner of my home and ward off attacks from the enemy, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
- Holy Spirit of God, seal my apartment from further intrusion of darkness in the Name of Jesus Christ!
- I cover my entire home/apartment with the Blood of Jesus. No future work of darkness against me/us shall prosper in the Name of Jesus!
