Powerful Prayer For Miracle Healing

One of the most spectacular miracles of our Lord Jesus Christ (as seen in the holy scriptures) happens to be the miracle of healing. There's no doubt that a prayer for miracle healing is scriptural and effective.

We serve an infinite God who is diverse in His operations. The working of miracles has been one of the innumerable facets of the Almighty. This attribute of God has a direct connection with one of His many Names, Jehovah Rapha, which is revealed in His Word. 

The word rapha (also rophe) is an Hebrew word which means “heal, cure,” “restore,” or “make whole.” Shortly after the Israelites departed the land of Egypt for the promised land, the Lord God revealed Himself as Yahweh Rapha, “the God who heals.”

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

From thence till now, the Lord has been actively engaged in His ministry of healing, restoring and making whole. 

Healing is one of the many privileges that the redeemed has access to. Because we are saved, we have access to healing, restoration and sound health that can only be found in Christ. 

Isaiah 53:5 KJV

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Even upon the unsaved, the Lord occasionally extends His healing hand out of His infinite mercy. 

You see, our God is good and His will for us is good. It is the enemy who wants us ill and writhing in pain, but God always wants us healed, whole and in good health. 

3 John 1:2 KJV

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Throughout the time of His physical ministry on earth, our Jesus Christ demonstrated His love towards us by actively healing diverse kinds of infirmities. There are innumerable accounts of Jesus Christ bringing healing to those who had totally lost hope that they would ever become whole again. 

We see a good example of this minifest in the case of the man by the pool of Bethesda (John 5) and that of the paralytic man (Luke 5:18-19).

The Bible lets us understand that Jesus Christ was Anointed with the Holy Spirit and power also for the purpose of healing. As the book of Acts puts it, “He went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil” (Acts 10:38). 

That hasn't changed even today. Jesus still heals. He's always had compassion on those in need of healing. He's still actively engaged in this healing ministry. In your hopeless moment when nothing seems to work, always remember to call upon Jehovah Rapha and watch Him to bring miracle healing upon your life.

And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, [6] And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. [7] And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. [8] The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. [9] For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. [10] When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

The centurion's servant had been ill and Jesus was quite far from where this sick man laid. He needed to travel a long distance to get there. But the response from centurion was epic, even the Lord Himself was amazed: “I am not worthy that you should come under my roof, but speak a word only, and my servant will be healed.” 

Such words could only stem from great faith; faith that was sufficient to guarantee his servants healing. And for real, his servant received his healing at where he was in an instant! 

Jesus is not physically here with us today, but like the centurion, we must understand that His power and ability to heal us cannot be limited by anything. He's omnipresent and omnipotent. He can lay His healing hand upon you and heal you wherever you are today. If we must receive our miracle healing, then we will need the centurion kind of faith.

8. Jehovah Rapha, lay Your healing hand upon me and rid me of everything that looks like illnesses in my life, in the Name of Jesus Christ. 
9. I declare that I am healed and made whole, sound and safe from every form infirmity, in the Name of Jesus Christ. 
10. Father, I believe in Your healing power. I believe that I have received my miracle healing today, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
