God's Mind Today
There will be times that things will happen out of our control. No matter how careful we are in life, there will be times that the unexpected happens. There will always be unforseen circumstances.
We can not control every affair of our life, because we are not the writer of our destiny. We can not determine the way people will treat us. Not everyone is going to treat us with love.
But we must trust God, the writer of our destiny, that nothing happening in our lives, can happen out of His control. No matter what we may be going through He we will not allow us to sink in them.
So long we are committed servants, followers and children of God, He will always work out everything that is happening in our life for our good.
Nothing takes God by surprise. When we go through the challenges of life, we must understand that He allowed them, all for our good. We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance (Romans 5:3).
Key Point
As long as we walk with God, we must know that He is in control of everything that happens in our life. No matter how bad they may seem to us, we must see God at the center of it all.
Prayer
Lord Jesus I will learn to trust your wisdom and trust that you are in control of every affair of my life. Today I choose to trust that I am safe in your arms and no tribulation or trial will be able to pluck me out of your hands. Amen.
